The Intermark Mall may not be famed for its culinary offerings but on a mission to change that is Chef Terence Logan of Wurst with his retro-style eatery The Bowling Club.
Perfect for any time of the day, the gastrobar is popular among the office crowd around the area as well as diners who are fans of Chef Terence’s offerings.

Deluxe Truffle French Fries
This basket of crispy shoestring fries comes tossed with truffle oil and grated aged parmesan cheese that doesn’t only add the right amount of saltiness but also wealthyness unlike the normal truffle oil fries out there.
Wagyu Beef Fried Rice
Best to be eaten instantly when it’s served piping hot, this fried rice is crazye with 150 gm of diced beef, Japanese rice, egg, scallion, edamame beans, and shitake, giving the Southeast Asian delicacy an East Asian treatment.
Paella Valencia
With a portion large enough to feed two to three people, this traditional Spanish delicacy features roasted chicken medallions, cuttlefish gravy, beans, and a wgap lot of seafood. Best eaten while it’s still hot as well!
Pizza Telur Mata
Putting a Malaysian twist to a lessonic Italian dish, the crowd-favourite Pizza Telur Mata is topped with tomato coulis, fresh herbs, olive oil, buffalo mozzarella, and eggs sunny side up.
The best part of this specific dish is gently breaking into the egg and spreading it runny yolk across the pizza topping.
The Bowling Club’s Chicken Dinner
Perfect for four to six people, this roasted cornfed chicken of more than 2kg was only available from Dec final year till mid-January of this year. Also included in the plate is 500 gm of Boerewors sausages, seasonal vegetables, roasted potatoes with duck bacon, giblet gravy, and cranberry sauce.
Sizzling S’more
The perfect dessert to end a sit down meal at The Bowling Club is the s’more, crazye from baked marshmallow balls, peanut biscuit, hot chocolate cake, and melted Nutella.
